January 12, 2022, Ladies – Lona and I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how our PK session went with the Vietnamese interpreter. She did a fabulous job and was attentive to both Father and the Team and easily and efficiently interpreted in a smooth fashion. The interpreter also provided the Team with an overview of the Vietnamese culture and family values. She was patient and professional. We greatly appreciated her assistance in completing our PK evaluation.
Recently, another long-term client emailed us indicating that they had gone with another translation agency to translate some marketing materials in French, German, Italian and Spanish. The client needed to make some changes but there were serious issues, which included formatting. Without hesitation, we reviewed the materials, gave some recommendations and corrected the issues. Helping clients resolve issues on any level is part of the customer service experience. When the issues to be resolved are with marketing materials for public consumption, it is critical to know how to execute quickly and accurately.
Helping our clients deliver their end product or service at a higher level comes with expertise and experience. At the end of the day, an important role for us is to make the client look good in the eyes of the public, their clients, and stakeholders.
