The Language Bank, Inc. (TLB), provides translation of medical consent forms, research studies, outreach flyers, registry surveys and a whole host of related documents to major universities and their affiliates. This includes the translation of HIPAA forms. The universities we service have many highly specialized departments including, but not limited to, pediatric stroke, cardiovascular, women’s reproductive health, ovarian aging studies, atherosclerosis, brain arteriovenous malformations, inflammatory heart disease biorepository, sinus tissue banks, and a whole host of other medically related subjects. The specific needs of each department vary, though the format of the documents could be similar.
